Invite your team
Add colleagues, and what each role can do.
Invite people from Profile. There’s no per-seat charge, so add everyone who needs access rather than sharing one login.
The two roles
| Owner | Member | |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts, campaigns, automations, reports | Yes | Yes |
| Send, schedule, top up credit | Yes | Yes |
| Invite people | Yes | No |
| Sending domains and account settings | Yes | No |
Members can do the work; owners can also change who has access and how the account sends. The first person to register is an owner.
How an invite works
Enter their email and they get a link. Registering through it puts them straight into your account as an active member — no separate activation email, because the invite already proves they control the address.
Links expire after seven days. Send a new one if it lapses.
One account, one organisation
A login belongs to exactly one account here. So inviting an address that already has its own account is refused — they’d need to use a different address, or you’d work in theirs.
Common issues
I can't see the invite form
You’re a member, not an owner. Ask an owner to invite them.
The invite email didn't arrive
Check spam first. If it’s genuinely missing, the address may have hard-bounced previously — try an alternative one.
They already have an account elsewhere
Invite a different address. Multi-account membership isn’t supported yet.
FAQs
Does adding people cost anything?+
No. There’s no per-seat fee — you pay for email sent, not for who’s logged in.
Can I limit someone to reports only?+
Not today. Roles are owner and member, and a member can send. Worth knowing before you invite someone you’d rather kept to reading.
How do I remove someone?+
From Profile, where the team is listed. Anything they built — campaigns, automations — stays with the account.
