Penny is the AI built into Inbox Penny. She’s included on every account at no extra charge — there’s no premium tier to unlock and no separate add-on to buy.
Where she helps
- Drafting an email — describe it in a sentence and get a full design back, subject line included.
- Subject lines — six alternatives, each with the angle it’s taking and why, so you’re choosing rather than guessing.
- Rewriting what you wrote — shorter, punchier, more formal, or whatever you ask for, on a selection or a whole block.
- The pre-send review — a check before it goes, mixing exact tests with her reading of the copy.
- Reading your results — a plain-English summary of a campaign report, on request.
She also rebuilds newsletters from other platforms and reviews the automations you build.
Give her something to work with
The single biggest difference between generic output and useful output is the brand profile. Without it she knows your account name and nothing else, which is exactly why unconfigured AI writing reads like anybody’s.

What she never sees
Your contacts are never sent to the AI
Not their addresses, not their names, not what’s stored in your custom fields. Personalization happens after the AI is out of the loop — she writes {{firstName}}, and the real name is substituted at send time. Exactly what does get sent.
Fair use
There’s a generous daily allowance on AI requests, which rises as your account establishes itself. It exists to stop scripted abuse rather than to ration normal work — ordinary drafting and editing won’t come near it.
If you do hit it, we say so plainly and it resets. Unlike the checks on the send path, this one explains itself: it’s fair use, not a security decision.
